Wonderful duplex apartment in the heart of Paris (between Republique and Bastille) close to all shops and close to the famous rue Oberkampf (cafes and restaurants).
A subway at the foot of the building, "Rue Saint Maur" Station (Line 3) and "Saint Ambroise" station on line 9, 5 minutes walk.
Apartment very quiet, cozy and unique. It was like being in a house. 5th floor courtyard (no elevator) with a magnificent double 25m2 terrace on the roofs of Paris.
We hear birds sing.
A very large bright living room, lounge / dining room with open kitchen and zinc bar.
