Very lively neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy the parisian lifestyle. Among our recommendations : Le Chardenoux (Cyril Lignac), the Bistrot Paul Bert, the Septime (1 Michelin star), Ducasse chocolates, the Aligre market... You can also wander in various parks around. The neighborhood is very diversified, you can always find someplace to enjoy.
From Nation, the rest of Paris is easily accessible. The RER A can bring you to Disneyland in only 40 minutes.

Je suis Estelle, musicienne , mère de 2 enfants ( 12&14ans) accompagnée d'un papa post-producteur. Nous avons avons choisi le 11ème arrondissement pour son côté branché, bobo et si parisiens! Nous avons aimé cet appartement car il est très parisien : parquet , moulures et cheminée! Nous avons tout refait il y a 2 ans à notre goût plutôt design mais en gardant le cachet du parisien! Nous y habitons depuis 13 ans et nous sommes comblés. Autant les endroits pour sortir ( restaurant , bar , boîte ... ) , pour les enfants ( parcs , manèges ...) et courir ( 10 minutes de la coulée verte ) sont présents au pied de l'appartement. L'immeuble est très calme et il y a même une place de parking pour ceux que cela intéresse! Le marché d'Aligre , place de la Bastille , rue de Charonne, Alain Ducasse Cyril Lignac, le bistrot Paul Bert ... Tous ces incontournables dans le quartier!!!!
