Oktana is a traditional urban house of Andros Town, the capital of Andros island, home of shipowners and maritime families for centuries. It is located within the walls of the old town of Andros, on the pedestrian street, inside the area of the old enetic castle. The house is just renovated, offering all modern comforts, maintaining the character of the old town of Andros.

The space
It is a stone ground floor house of 100 sqm, built in the late 19th century and renovated in 2021. It has its entrance to the main pedestrian street of Chora, while the back face overlooks the beach of "Paraporti". It consists of two bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and a toilet, while the view from its balcony will impress you!
