The flat is very quiet with a private 6m2 terrace. It includes a big and bright living room with kitchen fully equipped, toilette, a big bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

More than perfectly located: 10mins metro to Stephanplatz (from line U3 Kardinal Nagl Platz), 20min walk along the Donau Kanal to Swedenplatz and 3min walk to Prater. Easy access to highway: 12min drive to the airport. For groceries, Spar is 5min walk as well as Billa and ZIelpunkt, worst case there is a Gas Station next corner in case all shops are closed.

Since quietness is the major characteristic of this flat, the neighborhood is pleasant and very relaxing, with easy access to nature ( the biggest park of Vienna is right in front) and city historical centre, both by walking distance and metro lines. The 3rd district is also well know for breakfasts and brunch, namely in the Landstrasse Hauptstrasse (10min walk).

Travel Details from the host -> My name is Michele, and since early age dogs and horses have been part of my life. Since 2017, I am a certified coach with over 500 registered hours, trainer and founder of Nature Motivation, a coaching and educational organization that supports individuals to improve work-life balance. Due to early career as a criminologist, I went through different life challenges and rough times. I was able to recover, but that wouldn’t have been possible without the help of my dogs and horses. That’s when I discovered the empowering energy of nature, dogs and horses. Following this life changing lesson, I decided to learn more about coaching and animals that is when I completed my Diploma on Coaching with Horses from the Equilibri International School, and the Post graduate Diploma on personal and executive coaching from the University Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona. With this qualifications, I was then ready to dedicate myself to coach people, with the help of nature and animals to enhance their abilities and life skills. I am currently member of International Coach Federation (ICF), Registro Nazionale Coach Professionisti ® (RENACOP), Asociación Española de Coaching Ejecutivo y Organizativo (AECOP), Asociación Iberoamericana de Coaching y P.N.L (AICC). My other qualifications are: Master of Criminology from the University of Leuven, Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Bologna.
