Kunming

Our guide will pick you up at the Kunming airport and transfer to your kunming hotel. Free time in the afternoon.

Kunming - Stone Forest - Kunming

After breakfast, drive 90 KM to Lunan county to visit the Stone Forest. Back to Kunming in the afternoon. Visit the Golden Temple, later on drop off at the train station, from where your overnight train kunming to Dali. Stone Forest: A world of innumerable bizarre shaped stone peaks, stalacto-stalagmites, substerranean rivers and underground limestone caves created by wind and water erosion some 270 million years ago.

Kunming - Dali- Erhai Lake

Have a cruise in the Erhai Lake. Visit Bai people's Tie Dying Cloth with Wax, villages of Bai People with traditional architecture courtyard in Xizhou Township. Pay a visit to the Three Pagodas in the Chong Sheng Temple and Dali Ancient City. Erhai Lake: One of the seven biggest fresh water lakes in China and the largest highland lake next to Dianchi Lake in Kunming.

Dali - Lijiang-Kunming Black Dragon Pool

Drive 3.5 hours to Lijiang. Visit the Black Dragon Pool in Yuquan Park and Lijiang Ancient Town.

Lijiang-Yulong (Jade Dragon) Mountain- Lijiang Mural in Baisha Village

Visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the Baisha Murals and the Ancient Shuhe Village of Naxi People. Jade Dragon Snow Mountain: The mountain is situated some 15 km. north of Lijiang County, with thirteen peaks resembling jade pillars holding the sky, it stands majestically on the east side of the Jinshajiang River.
After that, you will explore Ancient City Wall to see a breath taking city view there. You also have option to take a cycling tour to browse the area. After that, you will visit the ceramics factory. Then, go to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. Go back your hotel and relax after a pleasant day.

Lijiang - Shangri-La-Tiger Leaping Gorge

Drive 180Km to Shangri-la. On the way, visit the Tiger Leaping Gorge and the First bend of the Yangtze River. Tiger Leaping Gorge: One of the longest, deepest and narrowest gorges in the world.

Shangri-la-Songzanlin Temple Buried Treasure Exhibition Hall

Visit the Songzanlin Lama Temple, the Pudacuo Scenic region (including Shudu Lake, Bita Lake resort and Xiaji Resort.), and a Tibetan family near Napahai Reserve. Songzanlin Lama Temple: A typical Lama monastery. Located at the foot of Mt. Foping, four kilometers north of Zhongdian. Bitahai Lake: The lake is an intact natural attraction with various species of flora and fauna and, of course, picturesque landscapes.

Shangri-la - Departure

Tour to the Dragon Gate in Western Hills, then visit Bird & Flower market. Transfer to Shangri-la airport for your departure to other city of China.
