The house is situated high up on a hill side, about 260 meters, with a fantastic view of the Souda Bay to one side and The White Mountains to the other. The house shares a rather big pool with the neighbor house. The neighbor, an Austrian man, is seldom using his house in the summer period. The high position of the house secures a pleasant sea breeze all year around.
The house is 100 m2 big with 4 terraces, two of them covered at the ground floor and the other two on the 1. Floor, one facing the East and the biggest one facing West with view to the sunsets over the peninsula of Akrotiri.
There are 3 bedrooms, each of them with two box mattresses. In one of the bedrooms there is a child´s bed (up to 5 years). All the bedrooms have aircondition. Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms with shower facilities.
