The space
The studio we offer is part of Lucia Villas, a small family-run hotel built in a traditional Cycladitic architecture style. It is just 350m away from the best black beach of Santorini and 300m from Perissa center.
The hotel has a friendly atmosphere and also offers a swimming pool and a snack bar with a unique sea and mountain view. Guests can enjoy the best scenery for relaxation, making your holidays an experience of a lifetime.

Guest access
Guest have access to a private cold-water Jacuzzi, on their own balcony, but can also use the swimming pool of the hotel and the snack bar. Wi-fi is available for free in the reception area. In the lobby we have a small library with books that are available for guests to borrow. Fresh linen & towels are provided every 2 days and daily housekeeping is free. We offer a free left luggage service and there is parking space available on the street outside of our hotel.

Lucia Villas is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach and the centre of of Perissa, that is just 300 meters away. If you like walking, we recommend two nice trails that begin at just 100m. away from the hotel. One pathway leads to Katefiani church, a small church, built in the mountain. The other pathway leads to the top of the mountain, at the site of the Ancient Thira where you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Santorini and visit interesting archaeological excavations.
