Enjoy a unique experience in my home right in the centre of Vienna. The apartment is located in the 4th district. The neighbourhood offers amazing cuisine, boutiques and vintage shops, cafes, special bakery’s and is only a 10mins walk from Karlsplatz and Naschmarkt, 15mins Walk to the Opera and First District as well as to the popular 6th and 7th district. It is peaceful, spacious and bright and I love renting it out when I travel abroad to share the experience with others :)

The space
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one is not accessible for guests). I privately live in this apartment so I put great effort into making it as comfortable for my guests as I do for myself. The bathroom has a bathtub in case you want to relax and take a break from your visit.

Guest access
You can access the entire flat except one room where I keep my private things.

The neighbourhood is my absolute favorite. Next to my apartment is a wonderful restaurant „Alma“, or viennese cuisine at „Wolf“ as well as „Pizza Randale“. These are just a few of the many options you find in the neighbourhood. It is full of life, boutiques and vintage furniture and clothing shops as well as gallery’s and the famous Naschmarkt, which has a fleamarket every Saturday from 6AM-1PM. Every important sightseeing spot, museum, park or center is within 10-20 mins walking distance. Busstation, tramstation and Metro are in a 3-10mins walking distance. The neighbourhood has nice farmers shops organic bakery’s. Make sure to check them out.
