The space
The flat is in total 70 qm with two bedrooms, a kitchen with everything you need and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. You can use everything you need from towels to pans. The flat is ideal for 4 people, but there is also place for one child or adult on a sleeping sofa.

The flat is on the top floor (4th) with a view over vienna. All doors can be closed for privacy and between the two bedrooms there is a thick wall too ;)

I am really good connected in viennese subculture scene. So if you are looking for hidden spots, parties or alternative events, i am your perfect host ;)

This district is dominated by multicultural people as rents are lower than in the center. Near to my flat there is trendy "Yppenplatz", a relaxed hidden square with very good international cafes and restaurants. You will find fish, pasta, pizza, vegetarian, vegan, israeli and mediterran kitchen. A perfect place to hang out and take a walk at Vienna's longest street market called "Brunnenmarkt". (daily except sunday)

It is a safe district, not historical like the old town, but impulsive with a lot of street art, graffiti and international food.. The old town is 10min directly by tram.
