You are at walking distance from the city center (15 min) in a lively neighbourhood where you find shops, cafes and other amenities as well as the biggest natural park of the region.

The space
The house has a bedroom, a bathroom, an open living space with kitchen. The living space includes a sofabed.
Outside there is a nice open-air court, shared with 3 other similar houses that can be used for outdoor barbecues during summer or campfires during winter.

Guest access
The city center is at walking distance (15 min), reachable by bike (a nice ride next to the river) or by public transport (for example bus 3 is just across the street).

The main train station, Gent-sint-pieters, is reachable by Tram 4 (15 min) which stops 300 meters from the house.
