The space
The house entrance is on the ground floor, where there's a big spacious living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC and a balcony. On the first floor there's a master bedroom with a balcony, 2 other smaller bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor is the attic , where's a kitchen with and a bed sofa for two. It's also a music room! There's a guitar and my piano, which I have since I was 7 years old!!! The neighborhood is not crowded at all, it's very quiet and there's plenty of parking space. The beach "Zefiros" is just 5-6' away on foot and 2-3' by car! A big open market is very close and takes place 3 times a week, where you can buy local fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, etc. and all the big super markets of Rhodes are in a very close distance. It's located on the Rhodes-Kallithea avenue (one of the two main avenues in Rhodes) which means that there's easy access to the east side of the island, to get to Kallithea's springs, Faliraki, Ladiko beach, Afandou beach, 7 Springs, Lindos and many more, by car or even by bus, as the stop is just 2-3' away on foot! Also 2 of the most popular beach bars in Rhodes, "Santa Marina" and "Kalami" are really close! Also the town center and the Old Town of Rhodes are easy to get to.
