Maria's place is a traditional Cretan apartment next to the sea. It is situated at the waves edge, RIGHT ON THE BEACH of MAkrigialos village. It is 120km from Heraklion Airport , 25km from Sitia AIrport, 25km from Ierapetra, 25 km from Sitia ( Vai) and 35 km from Elounda (Spinaloga). It is in the centre of the village, walking distance from supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy etc. Real traditional Cretan hospitality is our priority.

The space
Maria's place is a self-catering studio built and decorated with real Cretan inflences just a step away from the beach. The apartment has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen , a private bathroom and a furnished shadowed balcony with fantastic mountain view. Facilities, such as wi-fi, private parking, a/c, sunbeds and umbrellas , are available for FREE. Warm Cretan hopsitality is important for our guests in order to make their holiday in Crete memorable.

You are welcome to come and stay at our apartment on the beautiful island of Crete, Greece, Makrigialos. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Originally Cretan. My parents lived here all their life. I grew up in Makrigialos and we all love hosting. I have studied in England, but now Iam back in Makrigialos!!!It is my favourite place and Iam very happy to live here. I'm very open minded and love to talk. I adore travelling. I enjoy biking, meeting new people, cooking , visiting restaurants and of course I 'm beach-sunbathe-"lover". All the studios-apartments are equipped with A/C , free wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator and balcony or terrace JUST ON THE BEACH. They are the ideal choice for those wishing to spend their holidays in a quiet surrounding, enjoy the sandy beach of Makrigialos and meet the Cretan hospitality. As my guests, you will receive any information or assistance you might need in visiting Makrigialos and its attractions. I will try to send precise directions and you will arrive in fastest and easiest way.
