Room named after Lodewijk Moorkens, mayor of Borgerhout from 1884 to 1904, who had the town hall built and after whom this square was named. Decoration with historical pictures of this monument of Flemish Neo-Renaissance.

Sleep in a lovely queen-size boxspring bed.

Healthy breakfast in the room, with oven-fresh rolls, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, spreads... Nespresso coffee machine, tea and water permanently available in the room. Lactose-free, vegetarian or halal breakfast available on request.

B&B Borgerhouse is located in the heart of Borgerhout (Antwerp), on the traffic-free Moorkensplein.

The ideal base to explore Antwerp and its surroundings from a different angle. The Moorkensplein was beautifully redeveloped a few years ago and is an attraction in the super-diverse Borgerhouse. Restaurants and shops nearby.

Antwerp Central Station, Antwerp Zoo, De Roma arts centre or Zeno X art gallery are all within walking distance. Just like the trendy Zurenborg with its listed Belle Epoque houses on the Cogels-Osylei and its cosy terraces on the Dageraadplaats. The Sportpaleis, the MAS and Park Spoor Noord are within cycling distance.
