My cosy one bedroom appartment is in a quiet area near the center of Vienna: ideal for a city trip or even a longer stay in the city! It's right next to a beautiful park, the danube canal and lots of cafés and bars, giving it a real holiday feeling. It's also very children friendly with a huge park just across the street.

The space
The apartment is near the city center in a green area, there's a big park and the river nearby. There is a bedroom and a kitchen/livingroom. There is also a balcony. It's easy to get to my place by public transport and its about 15 minutes by foot to the city center. The appartment is clean and cosy, perfect for visiting the city. It's a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Nevertheless there are several bars and restaurants nearby, including the buzzing 'Donaukanal', at least during summer ;) and the 'Karmeliterviertel' a trending part of Vienna with lots of new places opening up all the time. There are several supermarkets nearby, one of them right inside the appartment complex, you won't even have to cross a road.

I'm an easy person to talk to and enjoy spending time with people but also respect their privacy as well as my own.
