the neighborhood is family oriented with a lot of personality. if you're interested in the community and want an authentic bx experience there's a lot you can check out! the apartment is close to several restaurants, grocery stores, and bodegas. In addition, there are hair salons (braiding and blowouts!), barber shops, fresh fruit & vegetable stands, and much more!


we're steps away from the Bronx Documentary Center, our local community garden, and just a few blocks from St. Mary's Park. we're a less than 10 minute drive from the Bronx Terminal Market, the Bronx Brewery, The Bronx Draft House, Yankee Stadium, Randalls Island, and Whole Foods, to name a few.
