Right at the spot !! Right by the Historic East Village Tompkins Sq park
It was even featured in Die Hard 2 1984 if that matters lol.
It’s a great,lively neighborhood with highly rated restaurants and bars. Also in the walking distance to other iconic downtown neighborhoods.
Tompkins Sq park is also always lovely and alive. They held concerts, pretty good events throughout the year but don’t worry police closes it during the night so there is no shady activities it’s pretty safe.
