Even though the neighborhood is quiet in general, the main street which is 1min walk from the studios is very busy all day, since all the souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, groceries, car rentals etc. are all located on that central street. It is a very usual habit for the visitors as well as the locals, to go for a swim from morning until the evening and then, after having a refreshing shower at the studios, to go out for an evening walk to the shops of the main street. Also, during the night local beach bars and cafes have many fiestas, parties etc. which is the best way to finish your day. The locals are very friendly and sometime they might seem curious to you, but it is just part of the locals culture where we all know each other. Just say hello to them and they might even offer you local treats.
