The apartment building is located in the so-called “Freihausviertel“ in the 4th district of Vienna.

Just outside the building´s front door are small restaurants; a vegan fast food restaurant, a Döner-and Kebab restaurant, a running Sushi restaurant, as well as a Japanese Tea House and a Vietnamese and Indian deli respectively – all on the same street !

You can easily buy your groceries in the supermarket around the corner, right next to a tiny Sushi place. However, if you prefer to dive into a small part of Viennese history while getting groceries, we recommend going for a walk on the “Naschmarkt“, just across the street from our apartments.

You can also reach various public transportation options (Bus, taxi, tramway, metro) within only a few minutes of walking.
