Our unique house is suitable for families and friends. Only 2min. away from a beautiful organized sandy beach and 2,5km. from the city center of Rethymno. Amenities include full bathroom, aircondition Internet/TV, HiFi system,full kitchen and equipment.
The space
This is a spacious family house on the first floor. Entering the house you can find at your right hand an open kitchen. Next to it is a big dinning and living room where you can enjoy reading (you can also use our books from the bookcase) and relaxing or just watching TV.
On the left side after the entrance is a corridor which drives you to 3 bedrooms and to two bathrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed.
The second a semi-double bed and a comfortable chair with a small table suitable for putting a laptop, your cup of coffee or a newspaper etc.
The third room has a single bed, a big desk with a comfy desk chair and a bookcase.
Each room has its own clothes closet.
