Our apartment is located at the 2nd floor of a nice, quiet and safe building with an elevator. It is composed of a living-room open on the dining room and kitchen, one bedroom separated as well, and a bathroom with separated toilets. It is perfect for a couple with children or two couples.
The metro is a few meters away, and we're close to the Necker hospital and l'UNESCO. We do live in the apartment so everything is equipped, you only need to drop your luggages. Looking forward to have you!

In the area there are a lot of restaurant and brasseries as Montparnasse 900 at BLD Montparnasse , historical monument with the same furnitures as in early XX century. Next this restaurant there is the Brasserie La Marine where you can taste a good trappiste bier and muscle with chips.
