First weaknesses then advantages :
Small single studio on the 5th floor without elevator. Bathroom and kitchen are small, not renovated, narrow shower. Some traces of mold on the tiles. And you have to put a plug on the shower drain to avoid smells sometimes.
BUT:
It's open to the sky, southern exposure to the sun, not overlooked.
Very comfortable double bed.
Quiet passage, next to Père Lachaise.
