Ten minute walk from Montmartre, in a residential neighborhood with all commodities and two metro lines (n°4 and 12 that take you to central Paris in 15 minutes) on the doorstep.
My studio is located on the 6th floor (NO ELEVATOR) of a very quiet building. It has a typical Parisian charm and is full of light.
I live here on a regular basis and I trust guests to respect my place and belongings.
The space
The flat used to be a painter's studio. There are several small spaces: an entrance hall that I use as a study room, a separate toilet, a small dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sleeping-living room. The light comes inside all day long, especially in the morning.

I insist on the fact the apartment is located on the 6th floor without elevator.
Guests can use the entire apartment, including the kitchen and kitchen tools and food.
