In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are the best shops of the famous rue des Martyrs (including 2 excellent bakers, a renowned pastry chef, but also very good butchers, fish merchants, chocolatiers, Delicatessens etc), 2 supermarkets open until 11PM and some of the best restaurants of the moment in Paris (Caillebotte, la Buvette, Marlette, Pantruche, les Affranchis, la Maison Mère...).
The flat is 5 minutes walking from SoPi (South Pigalle) with its new restaurants, bars and terraces, the neighborhood. It develops an arty, Bohemian and festive spirit. Once playground of Toulouse Lautrec and George Sand, it is now a place to cross Jean-Paul Gaultier or other French celebrities.
