The ground floor of the house consists of a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a w.c. with a shower, a comfortable seating area with a fireplace. Extended from there, there is an internal patio as a seating room with great view of the Aegean and a couch which can accommodate one person. The ground-floor includes a roofed platform with a built-in bbq and a large dining room with great views of the Cyclades (Iraklia, Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros).
Going up to the first floor there are two double bedrooms, and a w.c. with a shower. Both rooms have access to a shared terrace which offers a wonderful unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea.
