It has amazing view to the sea, the airport and to the city of Ermoupolis. It has 2 b/r, 2 baths, living room, modern full equipped kitchen, energy-camin, and verandas all around. It is perfect for families with children or for visitors who wish totally privacy but also to be near of the center.

The space
The house is 5 min far away from a big super market, bakery and pharmacy. I believe that you must have a car for for reaching the house, because its on the top of a small hill with a panoramic view. The big yard and the amazing view all around makes that house very lovely, i think.

The first house is in abstance of 200 meters. A private country road is leading to the house on the top of the hill, where you can enjoy the absolute privacy.
