The name Oasis is what I exactly feel about that house. It is really quite, clean, cosy with plenty of green and a lot of spaces to enjoy a relax holidays with your friends or your family.
The house is on the hill of Plakalona. Ιt has two floors, on the ground floor there is a kitchen, living-dining room, toilet and two bedrooms connected by an internal door. Αnd on the top floor a bedroom with a toilet connected to the house via an internal staircase and another private room connected to the house via an external staircase
Plakalona is in the middle of two beaches Mega Livadi and Kountouro.

Mega Livadi has written its own pages in the modern history of Serifos. The beach is 400meters from the house, where you can go either by foot from the old path (6 mins walk) or by car(1.2km dirt road with some rocky/bumpy parts), there you will find three seaside taverns with delicious food, the beach with plenty of shade and shallow and calm waters, and the ruins of the old mining facilities, the rails the ore wagons and the loading bridge, reminiscent of the mining activities of the past. I suggest that you visit that place before the sunset, so as to catch the magnificent sight of the sun passing through the bridge's crummy skeleton, before it submerges into the sea. On the other side of the shore you will find the old headquarters (administration building), a beautiful but sadly enough abandoned neoclassic building (architect Ernst Moritz Theodor Ziller).Next to it
