The Room is in a 4 people shared- apartment, next to the Margaretengürtel (U4). We are all students and I'm renting my room when I'm at home in Munich. I'd love to be your host! The room is spared in two floors, on top is the bed and the TV. Shower- Bathroom and the toilette are separated. You can walk to the U-Bahn station in 3 minutes and to the Mariahilfer Straße in 10 minutes. There is are a lot of stores next to the house and there is a beach volleyball and a basketball place.

The space
The flat is in an old chocolate factory. The Walls are 5 meters high and the WC is separate to the bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully furnished. The rooms got a TV (without Programm but with a PS4 so maybe bring DVDs or BlueRays). The bed is 1,40 meters wide and there is a table with two chairs.

The U4 Station "Margaretengürtel" is 3 Minutes by foot away and there also drives Tram 6 and 18.
The U6 Station „Gumpendorfer Straße“ is 8 minutes by foot or by one Tram Station reachable. There are a lot of supermarkets in 100m distance. It is a Gasoline Shop and a BurgerKing, 500m from the flat. In front of the house is a beachvolleyball and bastektball place. Schloss Schönbrunn is only 2km away. The Mariahilfer Street is reachable by foot in 12 Minutes and by Tram in 4 minutes (Westbahnhof only 4 minutes away too). The Karlsplatz is reachable in 6 minutes (3 UBahn stations) or in 20 minutes by foot. The tram at the Margaretengürtel drives to Belvedere.
