The villa is placed only 8 km from the small city of Rethymno and just 1.5 km from the 12 km long sandy beach.

The space
This villa of 120m² has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. The two bedrooms have double beds and the other two have single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. The dining room has an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen a dish washer and a nespresso coffee machine. All guests can sit at the big dining table for leisurely holiday meals. There is a wide flat screen TV with satellite channels. Of the two bathrooms, one has a bath with a shower attachment and a washing machine, and the other has a shower cubicle.

Adele, is a traditional and historical village and is located 8 Kms east of Rethymno.

It’s built in the plain, between olive and other fruit trees. The village has approximately 430 local residents.

Shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found at the village of Adele, providing butcher, baker, grocery shop, pharmacy, Manos mini market, hairdresser, taverns and internet cafe. A gas station can be found at about 600 meters just 1 minute away by car from the villa.

Additionally a long sandy beach can be found at a distance of 2 minutes with local bars & restaurants. Water sports are available in the summer months. However there are many beautiful beaches all over the island catering all needs - busy, secluded, whatever you are looking for, you won't have far to go.
