This is a newly refurbished authentic charming greek village house, "new for 2017" .
Our house is situated in the quiet village of Malona surround by orange and olive groves.
Relaxed and slow in a great location living among the locals in this unspoilt village with its narrow winding streets.
Only a 5 minutes drive to the golden sandy beach of Agathi or 7 minutes drive to the picturesque beach of Haraki with lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from.
The space
This house is newly refurbished for 2017.
It is all open plan with a very homely feel.
It's only a 5 minute drive to one of the local beaches or a 20 minute drive to Lindos or Rhodes town.
I would highly recommend hiring a car or use the local bus service (1 every hour).
The house has 2 air conditioning units , 1 in the living area and the other in the upper bedroom.

in area-Malonas, Greecethe village is very quiet and the people are always friendly, you will get "Kalimera" every morning (meaning good morning).
You will often see all the local women gathered around chatting and the local men sat on the corner with a frappe .
Situated in a great place , 20 mins drive you are in Lindos , or 20 mins the other way you are in Rhodes town. Nice to live among the locals. Behind the house is the local bakery so you get the smell of fresh bread every morning.
