The space
This sleek, state-of-the-art loft faces a quiet courtyard and includes a large, beautifully designed bathroom with a toilet and shower, spacious living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and HDTV, and a cozy bedroom separated from the living room with sliding doors.

The apartment, which is on the top floor of the building, can be accessed directly from the ground floor with a handicapped-accessible elevator.

And to “top” it off: both living room and bedroom have direct access through large glass doors to a secluded apartment-level terrace, which is connected to another upper roof terrace with lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the beautiful view of Vienna!

Enjoy the bustling market hall around the corner (“Meislmarkt”), selling fresh foods, fruits and vegetables from all over Europe, as well as the myriad of ethnic restaurants nearby with an eastern European and Turkish flair.

Stroll over to the “Schmelz” Park and visit the old-fashioned beer garden (Schutzhaus) where the locals go in the summer for a Schnitzel and a pint-sized “Krügel”.
