In a pleasant and quiet residential area with great restaurants and bars near by.

A modern renovated apartment with hallway, one double bedroom, lounge area with sofa that can be adapted to 2 single beds, a well equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher and gadgets, bathroom with a small washing machine, a small back balcony and fron balcony with a relaxing view of lycabetus hill and the city. The apartment is incredibly bright and cozy. Located in a very safe and quite neighborhood.
