The space
3 good reasons to choose our place. First : the wonderful view of Paris (Tour Eiffel, Sacré Coeur and many other sights) 2nd: the location in one of the most trendy nice area of Paris, 3rd : the charm of a very typical parisian flat : balcony, old chimney, books everywhere and a piano.
But the view also has its price: the apartment is on the 5th floor, without elevator.
