It features a 50 sqm luminous main living area with a 5 meters long window; 2 bedrooms overlooking the building courtyard; the parents' bedroom is situated in the basement (10 sqm) which is appreciated in the Summer!

We are situated 50 meters from the metro station 'Saint Ambroise', on line 9. From line 9 you can go directly to the big stores (Galeries Lafayettes, Printemps, 15mns), the Champs Elysées (metro stop Franklin D. Roosevelt, 20mns) and the museums Grand Palais and Petit Palais, the Eiffel Tower (Trocadéro, 30mns). To go to the Louvres you have to change once in the metro and you can get there in roughly 30mns.
