The space
I rent a lovely large sunny private bedroom with large windows leading on to the balcony in my apartment within a 19th Century Haussman style building in a nice and quiet neighborhood XVth district(Rive Gauche métro M12 Vaugirard or Convention)

The room is very spacous and bright, you will find a lot of place for your own stuff. French cheminee, double wardrobe with shelving, 2 side tables and chrystal chandelier.Shared bathroom and kitchen.Wifi and elevator available clean bed linen are provided . Please note that linen are not ironed.
Guests are allowed to use the fridge and the water.

I rent to tourists/business professionals/students(females only) for short terms.

The apt is located in a very nice neightboorod of Paris.
