Fêtards et citadins dans l'âme, nous vivons dans les anciennes prisons Saint Joseph réhabilité en appartements et bureaux. Au coeur de la presqu'île lyonnaise, notre appartement se situe entre Rhône et Saône sur la Presqu'île à proximité immédiate de la place Carnot et de la place Bellecour mais aussi des quais de Saône et du quartier Confluence (musée des Confluences, cube Orange). Avec une vue imprenable depuis notre balcon sur le jardin intérieur des prisons et le monument historique des anciennes prisons (le centre de l'étoile), nous bénéficions d'une desserte en transports optimale avec l'arrêt de tram T1 Suchet, le métro A (Perrache) et la gare TGV Perrache à moins de 5 min à pied. L'appartement est neuf et équipé. D'une surface de 71 m2, il comporte deux chambres avec lits 160x200cm, TV, internet, lave vaisselle, sèche serviette, machine à laver, grand frigo et congélateur, baignoire, WC séparés. In the very heart of Presqu'ile of Lyon, our apartment stands between Rhône and Saône rivers nearby Carnot and Bellecour squares but also Saône docks offering clear view to Fourvière and the modern neighbourhood of Confluence (museum of confluences, orange cube). With a clear view from our balcony on old prisons garden and the center of the prison's star (historical monument), the flat is very well served by public transportation with Suchet Tram station (T1 connexion for Part Dieu and Perrache train stations), Metropolitan station Perrache and Perrache TGV train station 5 minutes walking distance. New apartment and full equiped. 71 square meters, two rooms for two with 160x200cm beds, TV, internet, dish washer, towel hang dryer, washing machine, large fridge with freezer compartiment, baththub and toilets separated. Enjoy a huge bar-diner table for 6 and another bar for friendly cocktails. A big non convertible couch of 8 seats, cofee table. The kitchen and the lounge create a large living room opening on the balcony where you can enjoy breakfast with 5 different seats (sun in the morning).
