Very luminous (morning sun until 2pm). I've got a balcony (with plants and a table) with a garden view. Really calm.

Très lumineux (soleil direct jusqu'à 14h) et balcon avec une table et quelques plantes, calme car vue sur un jardin (inaccessible).
