Comfortable, very calm attic flat 80 m2 in a charming old building. Total privacy. Very convenient location in both terms of access and enjoying Prague, near the living place named Andel. 5 min by tram or 10 min walk to Mala Strana, Old Town, etc. Public transports, shops and restaurants - everything is near. Novy Smichov shopping mall 3 min walking distance. Fully furnished, with WiFi, SAT TV, basics for breakfast (coffee, tea...) etc. You'll feel right at home!
The space
The house is located in front of a park, in a quiet street but very near to the most living places of Prague.
There are stairs in the house and in the apartment, no elevator, so it is not suitable for aged/disabled people and travellers with very big luggages. But if you don't mind about it, you will have a great confort!
