The building is modern from 2014 and has elevator and a private parking space in the basement.
The apartment is placed in a very modern part of Copenhagen called Margretheholmen with a lot of green areas and water surrounding it.
Margretheholmen is very close to The Opera, Christiania, Christianshavn and the new vibrant food market "Reffen".
In Christianshavn you will find cozy old houses, the cannals, house boats, and a lot of places to eat.
