I rent 1 bedroom in a very nice and cosy 65 sqm appart in the heart of St Germain des Près (Rue de Rennes).
There are 2 bedroom (but only one is available for you, as I will stay in the other bedroom), big living room&balcony! The location is amazing, your stay in Paris will be delightful! See u soon

The space
The apartment is very beautiful, on the 6th floor ( with elevator) of an Haussmanian building and pretty big. There are small 'balcony' on every room of the apartment, with an amazing view on Saint Germain and Montparnasse! It is extremely bright because it's on the top floor with a very nice view over the roofs.

There is a big kitchen, open on the living room + a modern bathroom + 1 bedroom to rent (I live in the other bedroom). The bedroom has a king size bed + desk + very big closet+ small 'balcony' with an amazing view on the roofs.

Neighborbood Overview:

My apartment is located Rue de Rennes.

This area is very very central, lot of trendy cafes, restaurants, Paris' finest shops, typically Parisian, with a "St Germain mood"! As the apartment is very central, many places are easily accessible by walk, bus or subway, such as museums (Louvre, Musée d'Orsay...) or public gardens (Garden of Luxembourg, Garden of Tuileries...).

--> The apartment is 5 min walking from the Luxembourg garden, from St Germain des Pres (mythical coffee Deux Magots) and from the Bon Marché... Montparnasse is 7 min walk.

--> Saint Michel and Chatelet are also very close, 15 min walk or 7 min by bus right down the apartment (bus n°96).

--> You can also visit the main areas of Paris, by taking subway just down the apartment...Line 12 is direct to the main areas, such as:
Concorde
Madeleine
Pigalle
Abbesses ( i.e. Montmartre area)
Etc...
