The apartment is a condominium in an association with 68 other apartments and the apartments are located next to a common courtyard with a completely unique courtyard environment with shared tables, playgrounds and petanque court. I have some very nice neighbors and everyone in the association has agreed that we obviously want to rent out via Airbnb
