Lovely little flat in the heart of Saint-Louis district. Located on the ground floor (no stairs), and in the courtyard (very quiet, no street noise). A lot of commodities are surrounding the flat (bakery, butcher, supermarket, little market 3 days a week, grocery....) and there are plenty of nice restaurants all around. The flat is 5 min walk from the Subway (Métro Saxe-Gambetta), and 10 ' walk from the Parc Blandan (garden) and also 10' walk from the riverside.

The flat is newly renovated and has its own bedroom. There is a tiny bathroom with a shower. It is very quiet because of its location in the courtyard and not in the street. High speed internet connection. TV with access to a Netflix account.
