Luxury apartment renovated in February 2019 located in the very chic 16th area of Paris. It is quiet and sunny. It overlooks the Seine River and the Eiffel Tower. It consists of three bedrooms, two toilets, a large bathroom, a living room, a dining room and an American kitchen. The space
Our apartment of 95 m2 is very bright. It is located in a building overlooking Paris and its monuments.
The apartment is a 10-minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and a 20-minutes walk from the Champs Elysées. Public transport allows you to get quickly to the main tourist attractions of the city.
The apartment is on the 9th floor with two elevators. It consists of 4 rooms: an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso, washing machine, dryer ... ..) with a bar overlooking the entrance and the spacious living room. Neighborbood Overview:

There is a supermarket and a bakery located on the left of the building (on avenue Versailles - garden side). If you keep going on avenue de Versailles, there is a place with nice restaurants. If you follow the little street called Wilhem located on the right side of the building (up and up, passing in front of Auteuil church), you will arrive in Auteuil village, a very Parisian location where french people go to buy delicatessen (cheese, bread, wine) and have breakfast in little café. Auteuil Village is located 10 minutes by foot from the apartment. Open markets are often organized in this little village on Wednesdays and Saturdays morning from 7am to 3pm.
