Our 75m2 apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a small Haussmannian building with elevator featuring a full wrap-around balcony overlooking Montparnasse. Totally sans vis-à-vis, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the city.

Neighborbood Overview:

We picked Montparnasse as our forever Paris home because we love this quartier: historic, artsy, convenient, and in the middle of everything the Left Bank has to offer--Charm and convenience!

We are located at the intersection of four Left Bank arrondissements: the 6th, 7th, 14th, and 15th. You will be an easy walk (or ride) to many of the Left Bank favorites including the Eiffel Tower, the Jardin du Luxembourg, Saint-Germain-des-Près, Invalides, The Catacombs, Le Bon Marché, and Musée Rodin. Lots of other hidden gems throughout the quarter!

Amazing area for shopping with the mythical streets rue de Rennes and rue du Cherche-Midi less than a 5-minute walk away; Le Bon Marché/La Grande Epicerie is an easy 10-minute walk as well.

Foodies will love our neighborhood full of wonderful diverse restaurants (many kid-friendly!) and specialty food shops, plus three classically Parisian outdoor markets (Edgar Quinet 5 minutes and the Raspail or Saxe-Breteuil

I am an American mama living in Paris since 2009. When not chasing around my busy bees (including our cocker spaniel), I like to cook, eat, and cruise around on my bike (Paris is best seen on bike!). Our family loves to travel and discover new cultures and cuisines. We always choose self-catering accommodations but have found it challenging to find places that are both kid AND parent-friendly!
