Quiet and cosy small bedroom (around 6sq.m., double bed 130x190cm) with a balcony and a wonderful view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Located in a 50sq.m. appartment where I live with my son. Bathroom shared with us. Safe environment in a lively and vibrant area. 30-40 min by metro to most of the touristic spots, 1hr to the Eiffel Tower. 7 min from the nearest metro station. Terrasse accessible only from 10:00am to 9:00pm. Around 1hr and half from/to CDG airport using public transportations.
The space
Bedroom in a 3-rooms appartment. Quiet and clean. You'll be awake by the singing of birds! (in Spring and Summer)

You will share the bathroom with me and my 17-years old son.
Please note that my son and I usually use the bathroom between around 7:00 and 8:30AM, depending on the day, from Monday to Saturday. But if you need to use the bathroom within this time slot, we can adapt, no problem, just ask on the day before!
