The neighborhood is simply fantastic. Nansensgade itself is one of Copenhagen's most desirable streets for cafes and restaurants, however the apartment is located at the top end which is quieter :) This particular location is impeccable for both being right in the center, and perfectly central to all surrounding neihborhoods. For example, trendy Norrebro is just across the bridge. The neighborhood also has four spectacular parks as a part of the museum & park district. The famous lakes and the market hall are all right around the corner - two of the most beloved weekend destinations by Copenhageners. There are also 4 major supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. Finally our world famous coffee shop (among coffee geeks) is also around the corner, The Coffee Collective, just inside the gourmet market hall.
