The apartment is conveniently located, between the Champs Elysées and the shopping mecca (Department Stores on Haussmann Bd and "haute couture" shops of rue du Faubourg St Honoré). It is very central, a stroll from the Opera Garnier, the Grand Palais, the Concorde plaza.
The neighbourhood is safe and the building itself is secured and watched by a caretaker.
