The apartment is new and it's ready to rent since 2015. It's situated on the top floor with a view of Prague (in the distance you can also see Prague castle), literally in the treetops in a quiet district (Kobylisy) right next to the forest.

The space
The Butterfly apartment is a cosy, sunny, comfortable and relaxing place for 1 to 4 persons (maximum).
Within the 50 m² apartment we have a living room with a sofa bed (2 people can comfortably sleep here), dining area, TV, radio, and Wi-Fi, a quiet bedroom with a view of the forest, a bathroom stocked with towels and bath amenities, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Guest access
It takes you only 12 minutes to get to the downtown by subway from station Ládví, line C, which is in the vicinity of the apartment. The tram takes you to Charles Bridge in 23 minutes. The apartment is located is a quiet neighbourhood. There is also a small playground for children right in front of the house. Within a 5 minute walking distance you can find Billa supermarket. When you get tired of Prague sights or city rush (or if you like running), you can relax in neighbouring forest park.

Me and my daughters Barbora (22) and Teresa (18) have started airbnb because we like meeting new people from all over the world. We like to travel a lot.
