Very pleasant apartment with large rooms for 8 or 9 guests. The building is Hausman era, very old and well built with thick stone walls so you will never be too hot in summer. We love living here with our teenage daughters.
The space
We are first floor.
It's very quiet (only one big flat for one floor)

Other things to note
What is not so nice at home and you must know:
1) It's our family home, so not as clean and new as in an hôtel
2) The bathroom and toilets are a little old, not modern (one of the two toilets is a sanibroyeur)
3) It happened we saw a small mouse in the kitchen (not rare in Paris buildings). I hope there is no more.
