We are offering the entire upper floor of our single family home. The two bedrooms and bathroom are all very spacious and bright.
It can get quite hot in Vienna in the summer so we installed roller blinds and AC in both bedrooms last year that are both operable with a remote conrol.
The garden with the trampoline and an outside seating area can be overlooked from the dining table standing in our roofed terrace.
The space
The living room, kitchen as well as the dining area are shared spaces but you will have the first floor all to yourself.
In the living room we have a TV with cable and Neflix where you can relax after exploring the city.
Other things to note
We have a small cat, her name is Molly, and she is very friendly but probably a little shy towards strangers. You may not see her a lot as she spends most of her time in the garden or strolling around the neighbourhood when the weather is nice.

If you take a 10 minute walk in the other direction will get you to the Bohemian Prater which is a tiny amusement park right behind a huge park where a lot of people go for a run or to relax.
