Arhontariki Villa can accommodate up to 8 people with a large fully equipped kitchen, a play room with gym facilities and our hammam will spoil you. It is furnished with simplicity and respect to the Cretan tradition, reflecting the personal taste of its owner.

Villa Arhontariki is situated in the picturesque village of Kalyviani, 35 km from the city of Chania, 5 km from the town of Kasteli and 800 m from the port of Kasteli. It is the ideal destination for relaxing holidays close to the best beaches of the island.
From Kasteli port you will take the boat to the island of Gramvousa with its impressive castle, built by the Venetians in 1579, and Balos famous beach which is among the best beaches in Greece. Τhe coastal ancient Minoan town of Falassarna is located 12km from the town of Kasteli and the magical Falassarna with its stunning sandy beaches and the clear waters are included to Natura protected area due to their unique beauty. Do not miss the tropical Elafonissi island with its turquoise waters in the south part of Chania, almost 70km from Chania city.

Travel Details from the host -> We are Fotini and Giannis Xirouchakis and we are delighted to be able to live on this beautiful island CRETE with our two children. Fotini’s family has owned this old house for over 100 years and 14 years ago we made a decision to restore the villa as a rental property. We wanted the opportunity to be able to meet people from all around the world and thus get to know different cultures and the traditions of many countries. As we live in Chania no so far from villa ARHONTARIKI, we are available to assist our guests with every aspect of their vacation: sightseeing, tours cruise ,beaches , wine tasting, restaurant taverns recommendations or shopping.
